The classes we run centre around developing your proficiency in stand-up combat, takedowns and ground fighting. In the realm of stand-up combat, we instruct on how to set up takedowns while concurrently preventing them. On the ground, we equip you with the skills to navigate strikes, control positions and submission manoeuvres. We place a strong emphasis on engaging in drills and strategic exercises to ensure your comfort and competence in handling any conceivable situation.

Our MMA classes typically run for one hour and are divided into three distinct segments. The initial 20 minutes are dedicated to conditioning, stretching and drills, ensuring you are adequately warmed up to minimise the risk of injury, thus optimising your performance during the session.
The subsequent part of the class revolves around technique instruction, where we meticulously guide you in applying techniques with precision and rectifying any errors. We actively encourage and address your questions, underscoring their importance. We advocate that you bring forth your enquiries during the class, providing a learning opportunity that spares you from inquiring during actual fights.
The final 20 minutes entail friendly sparring, where you engage with different partners, working within specific scenarios such as stand-up with takedowns or ground fighting with striking, focusing on both defensive and offensive positions. In all of this, our utmost priorities are the safety and respect of our students. We believe that learning to fight does not necessitate causing harm to your training partners. What to Expect
Our training sessions begin with a thorough warm-up and conditioning regimen to prepare your body for the demands of striking and kickboxing. You'll learn the fundamentals of striking, including punches, kicks, knee strikes and elbows, all under the guidance of experienced instructors. Through a combination of pad work, bag work and sparring, you'll have the opportunity to refine your techniques, develop powerful combinations and practice effective defensive manoeuvres.
We emphasise footwork and movement to enhance agility and balance, as well as strategies to set up strikes and time them effectively. Our strength and conditioning component ensures that you not only develop your striking skills but also improve your overall fitness.
